LIMIT 9 PLAYERS PER TIME SLOT. WE WILL OPEN ADDITIONAL TIME SLOTS IF NEEDED.

4 Sessions: $80.00
Our weekly sessions provide elite instruction designed to enhance offensive and defensive line play in any offense or defense that is presently run at your local schools. Trench Training will focus on your stance, punch, steps and other safe techniques that are proven to help athletes become better, safer players in a fun environment.
These training sessions will also be a challenging workout. We will help the athlete learn how to work hard and use proper technique that will help them continue to improve over the off-season so they are better prepared for the upcoming season.
