DECEMBER INTRODUCTORY TRAINING SESSIONS

5TH-8TH  & 9TH-12TH GRADES

Our December sessions are designed as introductory training opportunities for athletes who are new to Trench Training. These 1-hour sessions focus on foundational skills and techniques, providing a great starting point for linemen looking to improve and build confidence. Each athlete will attend two sessions, offering a valuable preview of the full Trench Training experience in a condensed format.

Our Training Sessions provide elite instruction designed to enhance offensive line play in any offense that is presently run at your local schools. Trench Training will focus on your stance, punch, steps and other safe techniques that are proven to help athletes become better, safer players in a fun environment.

These training sessions will also be a challenging workout. We will help the athlete learn how to work hard and use proper technique that will help them continue to improve over the off-season so they are better prepared for the upcoming season. Players must bring their own water bottle.
