The Trench Training Play BIG Base Camps are 3-hour non-contact youth camps focusing on offensive and defensive line fundamentals. Our experienced staff includes former Collegiate and NFL linemen dedicated to improving line play at every level. We are also excited to have current College Linemen that will be working with our staff as our camp counselors. Our mission at Trench Training is to keep big kids in the game and we do that by creating a fun learning environment and emphasizing the importance of hard work.

Camps will focus on the following skills:

• Stance
• Take off
• Punch mechanics
• Offensively we will work base blocks, down blocks, reach blocks and pass protection techniques
• Defensively we will work run fit, maintaining outside leverage and pass rush techniques
